Well first of all from your description (blonde and 1 millimeter long) I am willing to bet other people can't see it at all unless they're like 2 inches away, and how often does that happen?

Anyways, if you really don't like it, you can shave it, wax it, tweeze it, or use nair. Shaving will NOT make it come back darker and thicker, don't worry. That's a myth. But it will feel stubbly, which isn't good. Waxing is a good option, just be aware the area will probably be red and irritated for a little while after, so don't do it right before you go out in a low cut shirt, do it at night or something. Waxing also lasts quite a while and shouldn't feel so stubbly as shaving. Tweezing is easy if there's just a few, but if you have a lot you want to get rid of, waxing is probably better. Nair will probably work, but I would for sure test that in a small area first, the chest area between your boobs tends to be sensitive skin and some people have a reaction to nair. Again, something to do before bed, not right before you go out. If you want to get rid of the hair permanently, laser won't work well since they're blond, but electrolysis could take care of it.
